Job summary

FranConnect, a leading enterprise software provider for franchise and multi-location businesses, seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager to own its global order-to-cash strategy. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships to ensure timely payments and minimize past due balances.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to resolve billing issues, oversee tax filings, and monitor KPIs such as DSO and ADD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts receivable management and/or collections experience at a managerial level.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel, including large data sets, pivots, and VLOOKUP.
• Experience in a small-business and/or fast-paced environment with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• ERP system experience; NetSuite experience is a major plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, including handling sensitive conversations.
• Must be flexible and willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global collection strategies to maximize cash flow and reduce aging.
• Proactively build relationships with customer contacts and FranConnect Sales/CS teams.
• Review/approve NetSuite Sales Orders to ensure terms and revenue recognition match contracts.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of customer accounts and dispute resolutions.
• Coordinate collections via ACH and credit card payments; upload files to banks.
• Oversee invoice generation and distribution to ensure timely billing.
• Review/approve sales tax filings and update NetSuite; register jurisdictions.
• Identify root causes of late payments and escalate as needed.
• Develop reports for Sales and Customer Success teams to support collections.
• Support legal and external agencies in collecting outstanding amounts.
