Propio Language Services in Overland Park, KS seeks a motivated Global Accounts Payable Intern to gain hands-on experience in bill coding, vendor management, bank reconciliations, and cash flow analysis under the guidance of our A/P team.

You will input invoices with AI-powered workflows, support day-to-day operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This internship offers mentorship, practical finance exposure, and the potential for full-time employment after graduation.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
• Active involvement in campus, community, or other volunteer activities preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Interest in learning and contributing to a variety of [Department] functions.
• Prior internship or office experience a plus, but not required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring future sponsorship for employment visa status.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious Global Accounts Payable Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across many aspects of the accounts payable department, including (but not limited to) bill coding, vendor management, bank reconciliations, and cash flow planning/analysis, all with guidance from our experienced A/P team. You’ll gain broad exposure to essential Accounts Payable functions while contributing to meaningful projects in a fast-paced environment.
