Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including leadership experience within a complex, global organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading accounting or finance transformation initiatives, including process standardization, organizational redesign, operating-model improvement, and/or shared-services optimization.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or similarly complex operational environment.
• Demonstrated global accounting experience, including exposure to multinational operations, foreign currency matters, intercompany accounting, consolidation, and statutory reporting.
• Experience implementing or transforming ERP, financial reporting, or other accounting systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global accounting function and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Drive transformation and modernization of the accounting organization with standardized processes and scalable governance.
• Oversee U.S. GAAP and statutory reporting, including external audits and ESG data.
• Provide accounting leadership for multinational operations, intercompany, consolidation, and foreign currency matters.
• Support M&A activities through deal lifecycle accounting, integration, and closing.
• Partner with GBS and FP&A to improve forecasting and planning.
