Job summary

Arclin, a leader in high-performance materials, seeks a Manager of Accounting External Reporting, Technical Accounting & Consolidations to strengthen its Global Controllership team in Atlanta.

The role oversees external reporting, consolidations, and technical accounting, partnering with finance, tax, treasury, legal, IT, and operations to ensure accurate, scalable financial reporting for a multi-entity, multi-currency global business.

Qualifications

• CPA required (active)
• 6+ years of accounting experience in both public and corporate environments
• Strong U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, and external reporting expertise
• Experience in global, multi-entity, multi-currency environments
• MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead external financial reporting, disclosures, and supporting schedules
• Manage global consolidations, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and top-side entries
• Research and document complex technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
• Partner with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
• Support the implementation and ongoing use of Workiva

Manager, Accounting External Reporting, Technical Accounting & Consolidations

Are you a CPA with a passion for technical accounting, external reporting, and global consolidations? Arclin is seeking a high-impact accounting leader to join our Global Controllership team as Manager, Accounting External Reporting, Technical Accounting & Consolidations.

In this role, you'll serve as a key contributor to the accuracy and integrity of Arclin's consolidated financial reporting while partnering with leaders across finance, tax, treasury, legal, IT, and business operations. You'll lead external reporting activities, evaluate complex accounting matters, support a global multi-entity organization, and help build scalable reporting and consolidation processes that support Arclin's continued growth.

• Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills
• MBA preferred
