Job summary

HYTORC Middle East FZE is seeking an Accounting Manager to support HYTORC Corporate operations and the Controller. The role leads the accounting department, manages month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis, and oversees year-end audits with external auditors.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in a management role, a finance or accounting degree, CPA preferred, and strong SAP and Excel skills. Collaboration with international finance teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA preferred.
• 5–10 years in a similar management role; international experience desirable.
• Strong understanding of ASC standards and financial controls.
• Experience leading month-end close and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including journals and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review balance sheet and P/L reconciliations.
• Manage ASC842 lease accounting and fixed assets variances.
• Coordinate annual audits with external auditors.
• Lead intercompany eliminations and group reporting.
• Support CFO and Controller with ad-hoc analyses and SAP improvements.
• Maintain SAP and other finance systems accuracy and controls.
• Develop accounting personnel for succession planning.
