Revelyst in Irvine, CA seeks a Global Accounting Manager to lead month-end close for all brands, consolidate intercompany activities, and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance. You will drive process improvements, oversee policy documentation, and support audits.

You will manage a team, mentor staff, and coordinate with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. This hands-on role reports to the Director of Accounting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license required.
• 8+ years accounting experience with supervision of others.
• Experience in large or mid-cap companies, consumer products preferred.
• Global entities, intercompany accounting, foreign currency and consolidation experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Job DescriptionThe Global Accounting Manage r is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly close while maintaining compliance with U.S. GAAP. This role helps lead the consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, consolidation adjustments and the corporate accounting activities. This role will drive consistency and efficiency with accounting methodologies and processes in support of all Revelyst brands. This is a hands on role and as such the ideal candidate combines strong accounting expertise and thrives working in a fast-paced ever-This position reports to the Director of Accounting and is based out of our Irvine, CA office.As the Global Accounting Manager, you will have an opportunity to:Lead and oversee month-end close activities for all Revelyst brands.Prepare and review accounting entries, reconciliations and supporting documentation.Coordinate and lead consolidation including intercompany, management fees and elimination activities.Analyze financial results and investigate variances to forecast or trendsPerform and support other general accounting activities as directedDrive improvements and standardization to the close processEnsure consistent application of accounting guidance and company accounting policies across all brands.
