Amazon is seeking a senior accounting leader for the Fuse Accounting team. You will own the monthly close, analyze variances, and deliver management reporting while ensuring ASC 606 revenue recognition and US GAAP compliance.

You will drive scalable controls and partner with Business, Finance and Tech to support AI and automation initiatives. The role requires 5+ years of finance experience, a BA in accounting, CPA preferred, and a proven ability to influence senior leaders in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or related analytical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong ability to influence senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly/quarterly close, journal entries, variances and reporting.
• Interpret contracts for revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Prepare technical memos under US GAAP and ensure compliance.
• Assess internal control design and implement scalable processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new launches.
