Lumira Search is seeking a Global Account Manager for the Medical Device Manufacturing sector in the USA. The role focuses on managing and expanding strategic customer accounts, driving commercial performance, and forging long-term partnerships across healthcare markets.

You will act as the face of the business to key clients, leading growth across regions and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver value, while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

I'm partnering with a global medical device manufacturer, specialising in plastic injection molding, to recruit a Global Account Manager responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts, driving commercial performance, and strengthening long-term partnerships across the healthcare market.

This role will act as the face of the business to some of their most strategic clients, driving growth across multiple regions and building long-term relationships with decision-makers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Voice of the Customer across global operations
• Lead and execute global account growth strategy
• Build relationships with senior leaders, plant-level managers, and technical teams
• Oversee client visits, presentations, and business reviews
• Drive business development within accounts, from opportunity identification through negotiation and award
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, quoting, tooling, and automation teams
• Monitor financial performance, margins, and forecasts for account health
