Responsibilities

  • Exceed client expectations by creating a vision for the account plan, aligning global initiatives, and ensuring high‑quality results that secure future no‑bid contract renewals.
  • Drive account growth globally by articulating the value proposition and expanding the portfolio of services.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, solicit feedback, and excel at world‑class client service delivery.
  • Oversee delivery of global programs, especially initiatives focused on elevating employee experience.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the account.
  • Build and manage high‑performance teams, ensuring the highest qualified candidates are hired for all roles on the account.
  • Create actionable, measurable career development plans for all direct reports.
  • Advance the firm’s diversity and inclusion priorities through focused talent planning.
  • Present a global annual account plan that includes objectives, client satisfaction results, value‑add activities, and targeted expansion plans.

Compensation

Estimated compensation: $225,000 – $250,000 USD per year.
