Job summary

Balanced Body is seeking a seasoned 3PL Operations Specialist to oversee our warehouse 3PL logistics operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution efficiency. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across global teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of logistics management experience with 3PLs, international shipping exposure, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics management experience with 3PL.
• Experience stocking fulfillment from a manufacturing environment.
• International container shipping experience required.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage global logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service for domestic and international markets.
• Develop and monitor 3PL KPIs related to cost, productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and manage transportation providers.
• Negotiate with carriers and oversee 3PL relationships.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation.
