Job summary

Candidates will oversee daily operations and collaborate with stakeholders to sustain excellence in a fast-paced environment. Experience with data center infra, Linux/Unix administration, and safety programs is valued; the role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and operational discipline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 8 years in computing infrastructure, networking, OS or hardware.
• 5 years managing technical, vendor, contract, or delivery teams.
• Must be able to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team; set priorities and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Partner with teams to manage facility activities and long-term strategies.
• Maintain and improve security and operational procedures; analyze trends.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.
• Support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs and ensure compliance.
