Executive Glass Services, Inc. (EGS) is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate interior and exterior glazing projects, manage budgets and schedules, and oversee scope and changes.

The role emphasizes leadership and cross-functional coordination with contractors and design professionals. The Project Manager will order materials, review drawings, and maintain project documentation while ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large storefront/glazing projects is required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Construction or project management professional experience.
• Understanding of billing processes (AIAs, change orders, POs).
• Experience coordinating with external contractors and design professionals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct activities for interior/exterior glazing projects.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for glazing projects.
• Coordinate with general contractors and design professionals to resolve scheduling and work procedures.
• Order project-specific glazing materials.
• Review shop drawings and compile product specs for approvals.
• Provide on-site leadership to meet project goals.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and communications.
• Oversee planning, vendor relations, budgets, changes, risks, and issues.
• Deliver executive-level communication to clients.
