AJ Glass is seeking an experienced Project Manager specialized in commercial glazing to join our growing team in Marietta, GA. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to manage timelines, budgets, and field operations, ensuring seamless, high-quality project execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction and PM, with a Bachelor’s in engineering/architecture/construction management or hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management is a plus, but hands-on experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of AJ Glass, coordinating with owners, contractors, designers and subcontractors.
• Plan, organize, and schedule field personnel and external partners to ensure on-time, high-quality completion.
• Manage budgets, track change orders, and provide timely updates to leadership.
• Serve as the go-to resource for clients, field teams, and staff, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Mentor assistant project managers and support the team.
• Anticipate challenges and develop creative solutions to uphold AJ Glass’s reputation for excellence.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to field personnel and management.
• Focus exclusively on commercial glazing projects.
