Job summary

Amazing Glazing Orlando is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial glazing projects across Florida. You will prepare takeoffs, review drawings, manage from award through closeout, and coordinate with contractors and fabrication teams.

Ideal candidates have project management experience, ability to read blueprints, knowledge of glazing systems, and proficiency with MS Office. A valid driver's license is required, with opportunities for growth in a stable company.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate takeoffs and cost estimates from plans and specifications.
• Review architectural drawings, bid documents, and project requirements.
• Manage commercial glass projects from award through closeout.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, fabrication, and installation teams.
• Track project schedules, budgets, submittals, and change orders.
• Attend project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
