Quikserv, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Glazing Project Manager to oversee commercial glazing projects from lead generation through bid, specification, and execution. You will verify architectural specs, liaise with architects, GCs and glazing contractors, and manage quotes, pricing, and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of glazing PM experience, strong reading of drawings, CRM experience, and a proactive, organized approach to handling multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of verifiable glazing project management experience in a fast-paced sales/manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with commercial architects, general contractors and glazing installers.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand architectural drawings and specifications.
• Organized self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with project lead platforms (IsqFt, Dodge, CMD) is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Identify new and remodel glazing projects using multiple lead resources.
• Verify product specifications with architects and communicate with general contractors and glazing contractors.
• Initiate bid processes by contacting architects and GCs and providing competitive quotes.
• Submit RFAs/RFQs to specify products and bid on commercial projects.
• Provide quotes to clients using the quoting tools and process.
• Negotiate pricing to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Support manufacturers reps and agencies with leads, quotes, training, and technical support.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and track changes and purchase orders.
• Coordinate project activity with Production Team and stakeholders.
• Share market knowledge to inform strategic decisions for growth and profitability.
• Record and track quotes, bids, sales, and schedules.
• Attend project update meetings with sales teams and implement operating practices.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints on behalf of Management.
• Assist with planning long-term and short-term business objectives.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify new and remodel commercial glazing projects by means of multiple lead generating resources.
• Verify and validate product specifications with architects and communicate with general contractors and or glazing contractors.
• Initiate project bid process by reaching out to architects, general contractors and/or glazing contractors and providing competitive quotes.
• Submit for Request for Approvals (RFA’s or RFQ’s) to get products specified and bid in relevant commercial projects.
• Independently provide quotes to clients utilizing the quoting process and quoting tools available.
• Negotiate pricing with clients to achieve company revenue and profitability targets.
• Support Manufacturers Representatives and Agencies with project leads, quotes, training and technical support to help them grow the business in their particular territories.
• Responsible for ordering, managing, and completing multiple projects at the same time.
• Manages and tracks any project changes, revisions, revised purchase orders and changes order documents
• Communicate and coordinate project activity with Production Team.
• Provide competitive market knowledge that allows the Company to make strategic decisions for specific market segments which will ultimately impact the Company’s growth and profitability.
• Record and track all project quotes, bids, sales, and construction schedules.
• Attend weekly and/or monthly project update meetings with outside/inside sales team.
• Implement Sales Department operating practices.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints on behalf of Management.
• Assist with planning long-term and short-term business objectives.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 3 years of verifiable glazing project management experience in a fast-paced sales and manufacturing environment, construction, or other closely related field.
• Experience working with commercial architects, general contractors and glazing installers.
• Ability to read, interpret, & understand architectural drawings and specifications.
• Organized self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize workload and work with minimal supervision
• Experience with a CRM, CMD, Dodge, IsqFt or other project lead platforms helpful.
• Mechanical aptitude required to understand and sell our product.
• Excellent and professional communication skills – email and phone manner.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Certification is a plus
