Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
- A proven history of successful surgical outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to offering high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Preserve vision and enhance quality of life for glaucoma patients.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and stage glaucomatous conditions and determine interventions.
- Perform pre- and post-operative assessments for glaucoma and cataract-glaucoma surgeries.
- Conduct glaucoma procedures using modern surgical and laser technologies
- Provide longitudinal care, monitor pressure, optic nerve health, and disease progression.
- Collaborate with surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and staff for high-quality glaucoma care.
- Manage primary and complex glaucomas and co-manage cataract and glaucoma patients.
