Job summary

Eyetastic Services, LLC seeks a glaucoma specialist to join a thriving ophthalmology practice in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with world-class surgeons and a dedicated support staff to advance exceptional eye care.

You'll evaluate and treat a full spectrum of glaucomatous conditions, perform surgeries with modern technologies, and partner with optometrists, technicians, scribes, and admins to deliver excellent patient outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Proven history of successful surgical outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preserve vision and improve quality of life for glaucoma patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and stage glaucomatous conditions and plan interventions.
• Perform pre- and post-operative assessments for glaucoma and cataract-glaucoma surgeries.
• Conduct glaucoma procedures using modern surgical and laser technologies.
• Provide longitudinal care: monitor IOP, optic nerve health, and disease progression.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless glaucoma care.
• Manage a wide range of ophthalmic conditions with emphasis on glaucoma and co-management of cataract and glaucoma patients.
