Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
Proven surgical outcomes in glaucoma surgeries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Preserve vision and enhance quality of life for patients with glaucoma and complex optic nerve disease.
Evaluate, diagnose, and stage glaucomatous conditions; determine when medical, laser, or surgical intervention is indicated.
Perform comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative assessments for glaucoma and cataract-glaucoma surgeries.
Conduct glaucoma procedures using modern surgical and laser technologies.
Provide longitudinal care, monitoring intraocular pressure, optic nerve health, visual fields, and disease progression.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless glaucoma care.
Manage a wide range of ophthalmic conditions with emphasis on primary and secondary glaucomas and co-management of cataract and glaucoma.
