Eyetastic Services in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Glaucoma Specialist to join a thriving ophthalmology practice with world-class surgeons and a dedicated support staff.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage glaucomatous conditions, perform pre- and post-operative assessments, and execute precise glaucoma procedures using modern technology while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Proven history of successful glaucoma surgeries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preserve vision and improve quality of life for glaucoma patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and stage glaucomatous conditions.
• Perform pre- and post-operative assessments for glaucoma and cataract-glaucoma surgeries.
• Conduct glaucoma procedures using modern surgical and laser technologies.
• Provide longitudinal care and monitor disease progression.
• Collaborate with surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and admin staff.
