Eyetastic Services is seeking a Glaucoma Specialist to join a thriving ophthalmology practice, collaborating with world-class surgeons and dedicated support staff to transform lives through exceptional eye care.

You will evaluate diseases, perform surgeries with modern technologies, and provide comprehensive, ongoing care for glaucoma and related conditions, while participating in a dynamic team that supports professional growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Proven history of successful glaucoma surgeries.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ophthalmology environment.

Responsibilities

• Preserve vision and enhance quality of life for glaucoma patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and stage glaucomatous conditions and plan interventions.
• Perform pre- and post-operative assessments for glaucoma and cataract-glaucoma surgeries.
• Conduct glaucoma procedures using modern surgical and laser technologies.
• Provide longitudinal care, monitoring IOP, optic nerve health, and disease progression.
• Collaborate with surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and staff.
• Manage a wide range of ophthalmic conditions, including co-management with cataract and glaucoma patients.
