Job summary

Eyetastic Services in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Board-certified or board-eligible Ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma to join a thriving ophthalmology practice. You will collaborate with seven surgeons and a skilled team to deliver advanced glaucoma care and co-manage cataract-glaucoma cases.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Proven history of successful surgical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Preserve vision and enhance the quality of life for patients with glaucoma and complex optic nerve disease.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and stage a full spectrum of glaucomatous conditions, determining when medical, laser, or surgical intervention is indicated.
• Perform comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative assessments to ensure optimal outcomes for glaucoma and cataract-glaucoma surgeries.
• Conduct precise, evidence-based glaucoma procedures using modern surgical and laser technologies.
• Provide attentive longitudinal care, monitoring intraocular pressure, optic nerve health, visual fields, and disease progression.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality glaucoma care.
• Manage a wide range of ophthalmic conditions, with emphasis on primary and secondary glaucomas, angle-closure disease, complex anterior segment pathology, and co-management of cataract and glaucoma patients.
