Job summary

Eyetastic Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Glaucoma Specialist (MD or DO) to join our ophthalmology team. The surgeon will commute between Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties, focusing on glaucoma management and high-quality patient care.

Board-certified ophthalmologists with glaucoma surgery experience are preferred. Spanish skills are a plus, and a competitive, productivity-based salary with potential sign-on or relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• Board certification required.
• Preference for experience in glaucoma surgery; fellowship graduates/new grads considered.
• Spanish proficiency helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform glaucoma surgeries (SLTs, CPCs, LPIs, MIGs, tubes/shunts, trabeculectomy).
• Provide comprehensive glaucoma care to patients and collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage a high patient volume with a supportive staff (scribes/techs) to optimize patient flow.
