Job summary

Eyetastic Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Glaucoma Specialist (MD or DO) to join our ophthalmology team in the Tampa area. The role involves commuting between Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties while performing advanced glaucoma surgeries and delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate is board-certified in ophthalmology with glaucoma surgery experience; Spanish helpful but not required. Malpractice coverage is provided for W2 employees with potential relocation support.

We are seeking a dedicated Glaucoma Specialist (MD or DO) to join an amazing ophthalmology team. This role requires a skilled surgeon with a focus on glaucoma management who is willing to commute between Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. With a strong emphasis on excellence, the team is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality services while encouraging continuous learning and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of glaucoma surgeries, including SLTs, CPCs, LPIs, MIGs, tubes/shunts, and trabeculectomy.
• Provide comprehensive glaucoma care to patients.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Care:

• Expect to see 30-40 or more patients per day, depending on practice and support staff availability.
• Benefit from a strong support team, including scribes and technicians, to enhance patient flow.

Compensation and Benefits:
