Mygrant Glass, a leading wholesale auto glass distributor, is hiring a Warehouse Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment using RFID, receiving and stocking glass products, and maintaining safe warehouse operations.

The candidate will handle packing, scanning, and loading tasks, while ensuring inventory integrity and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Familiar with modern warehouse software with basic computer skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail and safety oriented with accuracy.
• Excellent time management and attendance.

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Select incoming pick tickets using RFID to fulfill orders.
• Pack, scan, and stage products for transfer and customer pickup/delivery.
• Receive and store shipments, verify contents and conditions.
• Document damages, shortages, and discrepancies; initiate claims when needed.
• Verify stock counts, bin locations, and tote/CORE inventory.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely per procedures.
• Maintain branch appearance and adhere to safety policies.
• Assist in loading deliveries and process returns per policy.
