Job summary

Mygrant Glass is hiring a Glass Handling Specialist in Oklahoma City to support warehouse operations. This hands-on role uses RFID to fulfill orders, buffers inventory, and stages products for delivery with safety and accuracy in mind.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, verify shipments, and keep systems up-to-date while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, non-exempt position offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail- and safety-oriented, with accuracy mindset.
• Experience in a warehouse environment and ability to work varied shifts.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Select incoming pick tickets using RFID to fulfill orders.
• Prepare, pack, scan, and stage products for transfer and delivery.
• Receive, process, and store incoming auto glass shipments efficiently.
• Inspect shipments, document damages or shortages, and initiate claims.
• Verify counts, bin locations, and stock discrepancies; report variances.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers safely.
• Maintain safety: monitor equipment and complete certifications as required.
• Break down boxes, stock accessories, and organize inventory per policy.
• Assist in maintaining branch appearance and cleanliness.
