Job summary

Mygrant Glass Company is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment using RFID, receiving shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy while safely operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail- and safety-oriented with accuracy.
• Excellent time management and punctual attendance.
• Coachability and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Select incoming pick tickets using RFID to fulfill orders.
• Pack and stage products for transfer and customer pickup/delivery.
• Receive, process, and store shipments; inspect for damages.
• Document shortages or damages and initiate freight claims.
• Verify contents against packing lists and stock numbers.
• Operate forklifts and hand trucks safely; report safety concerns.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts.
• Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist with general warehouse appearance and upkeep.
