This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to stay productive with supervision. Over time, the role develops into skilled production with machine operation, setup, and equipment care, offering long-term growth and pay progression in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on work experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Able to read paperwork and measurements.
• Willing to learn equipment operation.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Attendance and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Moving and handling glass safely through the tempering process.
• Operating and monitoring production equipment.
• Reading work orders, measurements, and production requirements.
• Performing quality checks throughout the process.
• Preparing materials and staging upcoming work.
• Keeping the work area clean, organized, and production ready.
• Reporting safety, quality, paperwork, or equipment concerns.
• Learning machine setup, adjustments, troubleshooting, and basic equipment care over time.
