Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Production Worker to handle glass pieces through cutting, tempering, and laminating processes. You will off-load and move materials, report to the Production Supervisor, and contribute to a safe, high-quality production environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities to grow within an industry-leading organization.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in safety, quality and efficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements using a tape measure.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• On/off-loading glass product from tables, rolling racks and wood crates for 10 or more hours.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements while effectively using a tape measure.
• Transport of materials including glass to expedite the production process.
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment.
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis across different departments.
