Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Tempering Furnace Operator in Georgia to manage heat treating processes on a rotating schedule. You will load, run, inspect, and adjust products through the tempering line while recording quality results.

The role requires physical stamina (lift up to 75 lbs) and experience with machine operation or glazing environments. Benefits begin on day one, with health, dental, vision, and disability coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in warehouse/manufacturing or glass industry preferred.
• At least one year of computer controlled machine operation experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to read and interpret basic measurements.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately to 1/32 inch.

Responsibilities

• Operate heat treating furnace and run product through according to production schedule.
• Set up and adjust recipes according to product type and quality inspections outcomes.
• Load product onto tempering line to be heat treated.
• Perform required quality inspections and document results.
• Inspect, approve, or reject product before sent to next department.
• Log rejected product and report findings to QC, Supervisor, and Production Control.
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis.
