Chart Industries, Inc. in Beasley, TX is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Worker to join our fiberglass/mold production team. You will follow schedules, prep and cut fiberglass sheets, and help move material using forklifts and hand trucks while adhering to safety policies.

This role requires high school education and a short manufacturing background; you will work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and be part of a collaborative team focused on quality and reliability.

Formación

• High School Education or Equivalent.
• 6-month manufacturing setting, fast paced environment or construction experience.
• Manual Dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Team-work oriented skills.

• Basic Written and Verbal Skills.

Responsabilidades

• Follow and track mold production schedule to maintain minimum stock levels of material
• Prepares and cuts fiberglass sheets from template per blade design
• Works closely with mold leads and coordinators
• Reports equipment malfunction and other issues affecting department
• Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility
• Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from mold stations
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures regarding the glass-room and safety
• Work involves frequent lifting and working with fiberglass in a manufacturing setting
• Comply with all CHART policies and procedures
• Maintains good housekeeping and organization throughout the department
• Ensure all products have proper identification
• Performs other tasks as assigned
