The Production Technician at Cardinal Glass is responsible for the fabrication of high-quality Insulating Glass for Residential Window & Door Manufacturers. Key duties include operating high tech glass fabrication equipment, loading lites onto the IG conveyor, applying silicone with a caulking gun, performing quality checks, and ensuring safety practices and Cardinal Values.

The role supports teamwork, adapts to overtime to meet customer deadlines, and aims to exceed Cardinal and customer

Formación

• Consistent work history in glass manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate high tech glass fabrication equipment.
• Load lites onto IG conveyor.
• Perform quality control checks and inspect products.
• Follow all Safety Practices and Cardinal Values.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines.
