Qualifications

• Three months of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to write basic communication and understand on-the-job work standards.
• Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one and/or small group setting.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Tend to a preset production line by seaming the edges of pieces of glass along a seaming belt.
• Load glass pieces onto the line and inspect parts.
• Report final production output along with defects.
• Pack finished goods into boxes.
• Stand and/or walk for 8+ hours.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness on the line.
• Other duties as assigned.
