Job summary

Omni Glass & Paint, Inc. is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Team Member to join our warehouse and production team in Wisconsin. The schedule runs Monday–Thursday 6:00am–3:30pm with a short 4-hour shift on Fridays.

Pay starts at $20 per hour with excellent benefits and room to grow in a team-focused environment. You'll cut, temper, and handle glass per customer orders, learning across facility stations while working safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read and follow written instructions.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to glass cutting, tempering, and handling per customer orders.
• Learn and work at all facility stations safely and productively.
• Work with team leads and managers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
