Job summary

Monroechamber in Spring Green, Wisconsin is seeking a Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. Wage range is $21.50–$22.50 per hour and shifts run 6:00am–2:00pm, 2:00pm–10:00pm, or 10:00pm–6:00am. Location: Spring Green, WI.

You will follow safety policies, support quality standards, inspect glass for defects, and keep the line running smoothly. Requirements include ability to read and interpret documents, basic math, independent work, and willingness to perform multiple tasks; HS

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents related to the job.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical equations.
• Ability to follow work rules and work independently.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow housekeeping practices.
• Stand, walk, lift, and handle glass throughout shifts.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assignments per established safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the Quality Policy, including all items assigned to this position following policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Comply with the work rules and standards outlined in the Associate Handbook.
• Lift and handle glass throughout shift.

• Ensure production line runs smoothly.
