The role involves collecting project documents, reviewing specifications, and preparing detailed material takeoffs. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a related field and strong computer skills, along with organizational abilities. Qualifications

• Experience in the Glass, Glazing, Curtain Wall and Metal Panels industry is required.
• Ability to conceptualize building designs and systematically measure components.

Responsibilities

• Collect bid documents and organize them on the company share drive.
• Review drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work.
• Compile detailed takeoffs for all required materials.
• Attend jobsite visits and pre-bid meetings when required.

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Windows, Bluebeam)

Ability to read drawings

Education

Degree in Architectural, Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
