A leading construction firm in Indiana is seeking an experienced Estimator to deliver precise estimates for projects in the Glass, Glazing, and Metal Panels industry. You will collect and review bid documents, compile detailed takeoffs, and communicate with clients, ensuring accuracy under tight deadlines. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Construction Management or equivalent and possess strong organizational and software skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural, Engineering / Construction Management.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to read drawings and conceptualize building designs.

Responsibilities

• Collect bid documents and organize them for each project.
• Review drawings to determine scope and required line items.
• Compile detailed takeoff of all exterior and interior glass quantities.
