Job summary

AGC Automotive Americas is hiring a production operator in Kentucky to support glass manufacturing, follow safety procedures, and keep quality high for customers. You'll work on a 3-2-2 schedule with 12-hour shifts, operate line equipment, replenish materials, and assist in Kaizen activities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

This role supports AGC Way principles in quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5+ years of factory experience.

Responsibilities

• Protect safety for yourself and others; report concerns.
• Operate pre- or post-processing equipment to meet quality standards.
• Supply the line with required raw materials.
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely.
• Perform periodic quality checks per procedures.
• Troubleshoot line or product quality issues.
• Lead Kaizen activities to drive improvements.
• Maintain 5S standards and organized tools.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance.
• Participate in changeovers for new product runs.
• Demonstrate the AGC Way in all responsibilities.
• Handle other duties or projects as assigned.
