Goldon Glass & Mirror, a division of Nu-Way Kitchen & Bath, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Glass Installer to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in helping us deliver custom glass solutions—primarily shower doors, mirrors, and shelving—in luxury homes across Southeast Michigan.

As a Glass Installer, you’ll work in high-end residential settings with a supportive, professional crew. We value craftsmanship, consistency, and reliability, and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport, handle, and install glass shower doors, mirrors, and shelving
• Accurately measure and mark materials using levels and tape measures
• Read and interpret installation instructions and project blueprints
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients onsite
• Ensure job sites are cleaned and finished to high standards
• Collaborate with project supervisors and designers to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in glass installation and general construction required
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs consistently
• Valid driver’s license required (chauffeur’s license preferred; training available)
• Strong understanding of safety practices and attention to detail
• Comfortable using standard tools and measuring equipment
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship

Schedule: Full-time

Location: On-site, based in Utica, MI (Metro Detroit area)
