Job summary

Mygrant Glass Company is seeking a dedicated Material Handler/Glass Handling Specialist in Portland, OR. The role focuses on moving and stocking glass products with forklifts and other equipment, while ensuring accuracy and safety in every step of the process.

You will process orders, verify shipments, and support loading for customer pickups. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Select incoming pick tickets using RFID to fulfill orders.
• Prepare, pack, scan, and stage products for transfer and customer pickup.
• Receive, process and store incoming auto glass shipments.
• Inspect shipments for damages or shortages and document findings.
• Verify vendor part numbers and stock numbers for incoming items.
• Prepare receiving reports and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers safely.
• Maintain required certifications and report safety concerns.
• Keep inventory organized and perform cycle counts as needed.
