Job summary

Paragon Tempered Glass, LLC is hiring General Labor – Glass Handler for all 3 shifts at its Antwerp, OH facility. You will load, seam, unload, and inspect glass on the line. Training is provided on handling, loading, and quality checks, with rotating assignments to keep the work engaging.

Qualifications

• 18+ and able to pass drug screen & background check.
• Able to detect blemishes on finished goods: scratches, chips, paint runs.
• Read/Write English.
• Basic Math Skills.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Positive attitude, ready to learn and adapt.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, not required.
• Physical requirements: standing and lifting up to 50 lbs. over 8 hours.
• Required PPE: Safety glasses, ear plugs, safety-toe shoes, cut-resistant gear.

The Role

Load, seam, unload, and inspect glass on the line. We train you on handling, loading, and quality checks — assignments rotate, so it stays interesting.

Shifts & Pay

Reports to: Shift Supervisor · Pay type: Hourly · Location: Antwerp, OH

Scheduled Mandatory Overtime as needed.

1st Shift

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Base Pay: $17.50 per hour

2nd Shift

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Base Pay: $17.50 per hour
• Shift Premium: $1.00 per hour

3rd Shift

• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Base Pay: $17.50 per hour
• Shift Premium: $1.00 per hour

Requirements
