Job summary

PCI is seeking an experienced Glass and Glazing Project Manager for its Seattle operations based in Woodinville, WA. This role focuses on managing glass and glazing projects, coordinating with field supervision, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key duties include schedule creation, RFI/submittal preparation, cost control, and subcontractor management, with emphasis on effective communication and problem-solving to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of construction management experience managing glass and glazing projects.
• Experience with curtain wall, storefront, and glass glazing scopes.
• Reading specifications and drawings with ability to interpret requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support on glass and glazing projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate with field supervision and foremen.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
• Monitor job costs and manage change orders and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety plans and QA/QC procedures on projects.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M activities.
