Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Fulfillment Center (FC) Associate I to prepare glass for distribution and support timely shipments to field teams. The role involves quality inspections and warehousing tasks, with safety PPE adherence and inventory support.

The position runs Monday–Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with pay starting at $19.00/hour and benefits including a 401(k) match, medical coverage, PTO and tuition reimbursement. Training is provided to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work in varying environmental conditions and stay stationary for long shifts.
• Able to lift 35 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and prepare glass parts for shipment.
• Engage in daily warehousing tasks such as building maintenance and cleaning.
• Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
• Build steel pallets and prepare them for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with basic inventory preparation and bin maintenance.
• Contribute to outbound pack floor operations.
• Maintain a clean and secure work area.
