Minneapolis Glass Company in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a full-time Machine Operator for first shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) to join our Glass Fabrication Team. The role involves operating large equipment, loading sheets of glass, and ensuring quality production to meet schedules.

The position offers a competitive union salary starting at $29.82/hr with overtime after 8 hours and increases to $32.86/hr after 12 months, plus strong benefits and a culture focused on growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience operating production machines or in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of glass fabrication strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to work with tools and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines that manufacture glass products.
• Perform basic equipment setup and maintenance to ensure quality production.
• Use standard operating processes to ensure jobs are completed on time and to spec.
