Construction Resources is seeking a General Manager to lead the Glass Division, driving operational performance, profitability, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across fabrication, installation, service, scheduling, project coordination, and warehouse functions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong team development, scalable process implementation, and partnership with sales and executive leadership to enable growth and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Significant experience in operations leadership within glass, glazing, construction, or related industry.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and improve profitability.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Glass Division operations including fabrication, installation, service, scheduling, and project execution.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and drive profitability across the division.
• Coordinate with sales, project management, and field teams to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
• Promote safety, maintain quality, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Implement process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to boost efficiency.
