Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 3 for glass cutter duties on the 1st shift. You will assemble, lift and pack products, follow defined clean-up times, and work to maintain flow and quality across the plant.

The role requires reading a tape measure, interpreting fractions/decimals, and following standard work with PPE. High school diploma preferred; cross-training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Reading a tape measure and interpreting fractions/decimals
• Basic arithmetic including fractions and decimals
• Operate power tools with PPE
• Follow safety policies and standard work instructions
• Cross-train across departments as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assemble, lift, pick and pack products
• Follow defined clean-up times and safe work practices
• Maintain cycle times and material flow in the plant
• Identify issues and communicate problems to supervisors
• Assist with training co-workers and maintain a respectful workplace
