Job summary

Intigral, Inc. is seeking a Glass Cutter for a 3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday, 9pm–6am) to cut glass to precise measurements and place on carts, with training provided.

You will read cart sheets, operate WinCut and loader software, use the glass optimizer, perform quality checks, and handle glass safely, with opportunities to work on diverse projects.

Experience in manufacturing is preferred; a High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Cut glass to specified measurements and place on carts.
• Read cart sheets and operate WinCut software.
• Operate loader control software and the Intigral glass optimizer.
• Perform process controls related to glass cutting and processing remakes.
• Apply proper breakout and safe monolithic glass handling techniques.
• Handle other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Description

The Glass Cutter is responsible for cutting glass to specific measurements and placing the cut glass on carts. The Cutter must be able to perform the following. Training is provided.

• Printing and reading glass cart sheets
• Operating the WinCut software
• Operating the loader control software
• Operating the Intigral glass optimizer
• Process controls relating to glass cutting
• Processing glass remakes
• Proper breakout techniques
• Safe monolithic glass handling techniques
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

This is a 3rd Shift position working Sunday to Thursday 9pm to 6am with overtime as required.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma.

Experience: Experience in manufacturing preferred.

Specific Skills: Ability to read measuring tapes and product specifications with mechanical aptitude.
