Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in glass engineering or related technical environment.
• Experience with glass formulations and applications preferred.
• Customer-facing technical support or application engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer requirements and recommend application-specific glass solutions.
• Support development and optimization of new glass formulations.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations.
• Travel with the Sales team to customer sites and trade shows.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and R&D.
