Job summary

Vylor is seeking an Accounting Analyst - GL to join our finance center of excellence. The role focuses on designing and delivering GL solutions, partnering with global teams, and driving ERP transformations, including SAP implementations and data takes on for ERP projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5–8 years of controllership experience, and strong Excel/SAP skills. You will collaborate across functions, communicate changes, and support a smooth transition for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5-8 years' experience in Controllership or related finance field.
• Positive, open-minded, willing to drive change.
• Strong collaboration and business partnering skills.
• Understanding of accounting and finance practices.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• SAP experience preferred, strong Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Design, create and build general ledger solutions for global controllership teams.
• Assist global team to develop new solutions and drive automation.
• Assist on SAP implementations for GL & data take on workstream.
• Assist with data take on for ERP & transformation projects.
• Build strong partnerships with other workstreams/functions and the business.
• Communicate effectively, identify gaps in processes and designs.
• Create, maintain, and provide status updates for milestones/deliverables and risks.
• Train business teams to ensure smooth transition and effective change communication.
