Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor seeks a General Ledger Accountant to ensure accurate monthly closes and fair-state general ledger accounts across domestic and Caribbean units. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheets, and support reporting, audits, and ad hoc analyses.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 2+ years in general ledger work, GAAP knowledge, and strong MS Office skills. CPA is preferred, and the position is based in Allentown, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent field required; CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of general ledger accounting and account analysis experience.
• GAAP knowledge and general ledger/month-end close experience; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit general ledger journal entries to Corporate by the close deadline.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned units.
• Analyze airport lease agreements for reporting and payment compliance.
• Assist with audits and provide data for inquiries; support annual budget process.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as requested.
