Black Rock Groups seeks a Developer Platform/Product specialist with a strong focus on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) to join our team in New York. The role requires 7–10 years of software development experience and a track record building scalable platforms.

You will design, build, and maintain platform services, collaborate with product and design teams, and drive performance, reliability, and security in a cloud-native environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years of software development experience focusing on platform/product development.
• Proven experience with Google Kubernetes Engine and cloud native technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration in remote environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services on Google Kubernetes Engine.
• Implement best practices for container orchestration, deployment, and management.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to cloud computing and containerization.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
